Funds Arrival Time: The overall time for funds to be returned to the original payment channel is 8 to 15 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the internal processing time of the bank and payment platform.
Refund Calculation Standards: The refund amount only includes the actual price paid for the goods themselves; shipping costs are not refunded. If the responsibility for product damage, incorrect delivery, etc., lies with us, then shipping costs can be included in the refund amount.
